The Hessah Al Mubarak development includes 82 plots for residential buildings that owns a mix of high, medium and low-rise apartment buildings and duplexes. The plots also feature serviced apartments, offices, clinics, health clubs, retail shops, F&B outlets, a mosque and a multi-storey car park building.
Plot 158 and 159 comprises 12 low-rise buildings, made up of townhouse duplexes. The buildings are spread on both sides of the project’s spine along with 48 units in each compound. Both plots will feature 96 townhouse duplexes overall. EFP 55 tb Lift and Slide system was chosen as it was the best combination in both design and technical demands like wind load, U-value and effortless sliding motion.
